Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale govern the subscription to and use of the Mataf service subscriptions, published by SARL MATAF.

2. Service description and subscription plans

Mataf provides a market information and analysis service available by subscription. The following plans are offered, with no trial period:

• Monthly plan — billed every month.
• Annual plan — billed every year.

3. Sales model

The purchase is concluded with FastSpring, a third-party reseller acting as Merchant of Record (official reseller). FastSpring invoices the order, collects the applicable tax and handles payments as well as refunds. Mataf remains the provider of the service.

4. Pricing

Prices are displayed exclusive of tax (excl. tax). The applicable tax is calculated and added to the payment by the reseller according to the customer's country; the final amount to be paid is shown by the reseller before checkout.

5. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each period, for an identical duration, until cancellation.

6. Cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled at any time. Access to the service is maintained until the end of the current period; no pro-rata refund of the period in progress is made.

8. Governing law

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. The French version prevails; the English version is a courtesy translation. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Grenoble. Contact: [email protected].
